TAS provides tenancy related Infosheets by email. This can be helpful for those who have difficulty getting through to the telephone advice line and have a relatively straightforward issue. If you complete and send the request form below, TAS will attempt to respond by email within 24 hours. Please note that:

• This service provides Information Sheets covering topics raised in your enquiry.

• No advice specific to your personal situation will be provided. To obtain specific advice you need to call the TAS Telephone Advice Line.

• If your enquiry is outside the scope of assistance provided by TAS or we are unable to ascertain the issue(s) involved you will receive an email stating we are unable to respond.
